If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied we will exchange or refund the full purchase price.

Just call 1 (800)aFaucet (232-8238) and get a return goods authorization code and shipping instructions. Please note that no returns will be accepted without an authorization code affixed to the package. Items must be in it’s original packaging and in 100% re-saleable condition.

All non inventory items, made to order, or with special finishes may require a re-stocking fee as per the manufacturer or distributor. Shipping costs will not be included in the refund. We do our best to make certain that our prices and stock status information is up-to-date and accurate. 800aFaucet will not be held liable for any typographical, stock status information, or prices listed in error.

All products come with the full manufacturer’s warranty. Everything 800aFaucet.com sells is brand new and in a lot of cases straight from the manufacturer.

Air Vs Ground Shipping
We can ship many of our items via air. Items must be 20 lbs. or less. Larger items may not be able to be air freighted. Call us toll free at 800-232-8238 for more information and pricing.

Large Items – Via Motor Freight
All large items shipped via motor freight are delivered “curbside” residential delivery (street level, you are responsible for making arrangements to have item(s) brought into your home, garage, etc.), lift-gate service will be provided for all items weighing 100 lbs or more. Do not sign for any items that are not in 100% condition! Any items accepted and signed for are very difficult to file a claim with the trucking company since your signature releases the trucking company of their liability. Do take the time to do an inspection that satisfies you as to the condition of the freight. If any items are not in 100% condition, please do refuse them, you can choose to keep only those in excellent condition or refuse the whole shipment to cancel your order.

Schedule Delivery
Carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Appointments are available during normal business hours (Monday-Friday) and span an approximate 4-hour period.
Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of check out. Extraordinary delivery requirements may create additional delivery charges.
If we discover after shipping that the freight company cannot deliver the to your residence, we will notify you and have either the freight held at the nearest terminal for three business days or try to arrange delivery to another location. If the freight remains undelivered, it will return to us and we will bill you for the actual storage and shipping charges both ways.
SIGNATURE IS ALWAYS REQUIRED FOR MOTOR FREIGHT ITEMS – Do not leave notes saying it’s o.k. to deliver without signature!

Inspection
It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise before delivery agent’s departure.
If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, refuse it. This will aid in the return/replacement process. Do not carelessly sign the delivery receipt.

Delivery Time Notice
Although we do our best to make certain your items arrive when we say they will, we cannot guarantee delivery times. To keep costs down, many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from central warehouses. Furthermore, we use shipping and trucking companies that do not guarantee their delivery times. In both cases, we just cannot ensure that every item will be shipped and delivered on time.

For the same reasons stated above, 800aFaucet is not responsible for any inconvenience or monetary loss caused by late deliveries.
