How do I know what type of faucet I need?

There are 3 main types of faucet: Widespread – when the faucet holes are 8” apart from center. This is the most common type. Narrow - when the faucet holes are 4” apart from center. Also called center set sometimes. Single Hole – When there is only one hole for the faucet and the control. 

What is included in my faucet purchase? 

It usually includes the rough, trim, and drain. The rough is the mechanism that sits on and around the holes that control the flow of water, the trim is the “beautiful sometimes artwork handles and faucet” that you see. The drain is usually included, very few manufacturers sell this as a separate item in some of their faucets, if this is the case we’ll alert you to that fact.

Are all items shipped next/same day?

About 50% of our products can be shipped same/next day, some manufacturers do not sell items for inventory because they offer many different finishes. These manufacturers do carry the unfinished parts in inventory and take 2-3 weeks to finish the product and ship it. 

What if I want to order faucets, shower, accessories all in the same collection/series but I only see some of the items?

Due to the large number of manufacturers we carry, sometimes is very difficult to include all their items in our website. We can almost always order you all the parts for your shower/kitchen to match. Some may have to be special ordered, just give us a call and we’ll be glad to help.

Is my information secure?

We take all the necessary measures to insure that your information is secure, even creating extra work for us to insure your safety. It is our promise that your information will never be shared, sold, transferred, borrowed, or in any way shape or form shared with anyone outside of our company.

I saw an item in another website, how do I know if you carry this item?

If the item is manufactured by any of the companies we represent, we can get it for you. We are a full line distributor for all of the manufacturers we carry. Due to the large number of manufacturers we carry, sometimes is very difficult to include all their items on our website. Give us a call and let us quote it for you, you’ll be pleasantly surprised when we give you our discounted prices.

Why are your prices so low compared to the list prices and other companies?

We can offer the lowest prices in most items due to our volume and our relationship with the manufacturers. We don’t respond to a board of directors and our main purpose in life is not to satisfy the stockholders but to make an honest living.
